Click & Collect is a way to move library items to the most convenient library location for you and pick it up!
How to Click & Collect
Simply click 'reserve' on the item you want and select the location most convenient to you.
Items placed on hold will be prepared for you by staff and transported to your desired location.
You will receive an email when your item/s are ready to pick up, or you can check your account on our app.
NOTE: You can reserve up to 20 items at once! You are notified when it's ready to be picked up and then you have 1 week to pick it up before it will lapse and then be passed on to the next person waiting or go back to the shelf.
