As COVID-19 restrictions have eased, YPRL branches have now reopened, however, visitor limits and time restriction will apply.

The Mobile Library will be offering a Click & Collect service at Olympic Village, Moresby Court, West Heidelberg on Friday 18 June and will be off the road on Monday 21 June. It will return to it's regular schedule of stops and times from Tuesday 22 June offering Click & Collect services only.

The Diamond Valley Library remains closed for renovations until mid-winter with a Click & Collect service operating from the nearby council office.

Rosanna Library, located close to the vibrant local shopping strip and opposite the recently rebuilt train station, is a small branch that has always offered a lot to the local community. Entering the library via our picturesque bluestone façade, members can enjoy a full range of library services and programs, from our popular Storytime sessions for pre-school children, a Maker Space dedicated to brain health, our many book clubs, or our frequent community events on a variety of topics. There really is something for everyone!

We were the first YPRL library to offer internet access back in the ’90s, and over the years have continued to innovate and collaborate with local groups, such as schools in the Federation Bells project, and by offering iPad sessions for Austin Health clients.

For those who prefer to browse our shelves, we have a broad collection to cater for all tastes. Highlights include our ever-popular crime/mystery section and our full range of Chinese language items (including DVDs and children’s literature).

If you’re after a friendly, relaxed library experience, then we look forward to welcoming you soon.
