Happy Transgender Awareness Week!

Held from November 13 – 19, join us this week to celebrate the lives and achievements of trans and gender diverse people all over the world.

Leading up to Trans Day of Remembrance on Sunday 20 November, take this week to reflect on the trans people in your lives. Show your support by raising awareness about gender diversity with your friends, families and communities, open discussions about the issues that trans people face in society, and explore the many ways we can all rally together as allies to create a world that is safe, fair, and equal.

As a trans non-binary person, I am thankful for all the wonderful trans people that I have by my side who have helped me pave my own path. And to all those who are not with us today, I pay my respects and gratitude for making it safe for me to travel that path in the first place.

Read some books by (and about) some amazing trans people today!
