Your Local Library – A Place for Connection

Libraries are a great way to connect and involve yourself in the local community.

At YPRL we host a wide range of activities catered to seniors, all supporting connection, continued learning and a sense of belonging.

Make Connections:

Come down to the library for a chat. Several of our branch locations offer a chance to sit down, have a warm drink and get to know your fellow locals.

Feeling Crafty?

Combine your library catch up with craft!

Our library branches host a range of regular craft catch ups, including knitting, sewing, crochet and needlepoint. Whether you’re seasoned in in the craft or want to pick up a new hobby, these tight knit groups are supportive of all crafting journeys and love to welcome new faces.
