The opening hours of Lalor Library have changed until further notice. We thank you for your understanding and patience.
Current Lalor Library opening hours are as follows:
Monday & Wednesday open 9am until 8.30pm
Tuesday & Thursday open 9am until 6.00pm.
Friday open 9am until 5pm
Saturday 10am until 5pm
Sunday 1pm until 5pm.
For Lalor patrons who wish to use our library service after 6pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, the nearest branch is Thomastown which is open until 8.30pm.
This temporary change is required to increase the staff to patron ratio during daytime hours, allowing us to provide more assistance during peak times and allow us to instigate new safety procedures and processes.
We are working to adjust our service so that later hours at Lalor can be reinstated soon.
