The Science and Technology Maker Space is home to a variety of new and innovative technologies to encourage ‘tinkering’
The Science & Technology Maker Space can be found at Mill Park Library
This Maker Space offers a variety of learning programs to support the use and experimentation with technology, whether for personal or entrepreneurial endeavours. You can build circuits, make and program robots, invent new ways of doing things (like turning a banana into a keyboard), and create programs or animations using the software available at PC stations.
As part of the Science and Technology Maker Space, there are additional programs users can participate in, including Code Club, STEAM Club, Makey-Makey and stop motion challenges; and 3D printing, design, and computer programming workshops.
