Rosanna Library is being redeveloped, and some of you may have visited the Pop-Up to collect your holds and browse our curated collection.
We have been loving trying out some new locations for Storytimes! We would love for you to join us in these great new spaces.
Tuesdays: Banyule Community Health
There's a great space at Banyule Community Health in their Childcare Room. We pop up here at 10.30am Tuesdays. The room is heated and although a bit cold at the moment, there is also an outdoor play area and a cafe nearby. Plus Malahang playground is across the road.
We are so fortunate to have KidsFirst also attend each week, and they provide fruit!
Build your Thursday Morning
What a great morning out! Start at 10.30am - stories and songs and an activity in Macleod Hall (and enjoy the amazing heating!)
Then afterwards (or go prior if you are an early bird!) wonder out to the wonderful playground opposite Macleod Station, perhaps enjoy a snack. Train enthusiasts love this spot! There's also shops not too far away (that includes a coffee shop which we know can be very important to some parents.)
Fun Fridays at Bellfield
On Fridays at 10.30am we can be found at Bellfield Community Hall.
Another great place to escape the chill of winter while getting out of the house. We are loving the heating in this space and there is a social cafe right next door.
Be warned it is upstairs one floor, so enjoy a fun ride in the little lift.
All of these sessions are run by Lee and Adam who you might know from their many years at Rosanna Library. They read books and sing songs for about 30 mins and follow with an activity to do there or take home.

We bring along some books that you can borrow also. And you can return these to any of our branches - and pick up some more!
