Holiday Opening Hours
Wednesday 24 December - All branches close at 12.00pm
Thursday 25 December - All branches and services closed
Friday 26 December - All branches and services closed
Saturday 27 December - Normal Hours
Sunday 28 December - Normal hours
Monday 29 December - Amended hours 10.00am - 5.00pm
Tuesday 30 December - Amended hours 10.00am - 5.00pm
Wednesday 31 December - Amended hours 10.00am - 5.00pm
Thursday 1 January - All branches and services closed
Normal Hours will resume on Friday 2 January 2026
PLEASE NOTE: Return chutes will be closed while branches are closed.
Loan returns and reservations during closures will automatically be extended for your convenience.
Mobile Library and Outreach Vehicle
The Mobile Library is off the road from Tuesday 23 December to undergo its annual maintenance and repairs and is expected to return to service Tuesday 27 January 2026.
What about your reservations?
Please go online to change your pick up location to any branch or hub. Or you can suspend your reservation until it is back.
The Outreach Vehicle is off the road from Friday 19 December and normal hours resume on Tuesday 27 January 2026.
Hubs
Bellfield Hub is closed from midday Wednesday 24 December and reopens on Monday 12 January.
Hurstbridge Hub is closed from Tuesday 23 December and reopens Wednesday 7 January.
Kirrip and Galada Hub will not be staffed by YPRL from Wednesday 24 December until Thursday 1 January. Staff will return on Friday 2 January.
