We are dedicated to helping everyone raise their digital skill level
We run regular one-on-one and group sessions at each of our branches, aiming to help people develop their digital abilities. These sessions are conducted by our staff or by skilled volunteers who have been trained in digital mentorship.
While we can address many digital issues, please note there are certain topics that are outside the scope of our assistance. See the Frequently Asked Questions section below to see what we can and cannot provide assistance with.

Do you have any further advise?
Your device is your responsibility. We suggest that you back up your data and take note of your settings before making any changes or seeking technical assistance. We will not touch your device or make changes without your permission.
Your security and privacy are also your responsibility. Keep your passwords secure to protect your private information. Bring along or know your passwords as you may need to input them as part of your session, depending on the help you require. Be aware of the different risks in using technology (we can help you with this, too).
