Yarra Plenty Regional Library (YPRL) is excited to announce the opening of the brand-new Rosanna Library on Wednesday, 21 January. This modern, multi-level facility is twice the size of the old Rosanna Library and will serve as a vibrant hub for learning, creativity, and community connection.
The new library offers a welcoming space for all ages and is conveniently located next to Rosanna Station within the new Rosanna Woolworths complex and is co-located with Maternal Child Health services and the Banyule Toy Library.
Visitors will enjoy a rich collection of books and resources, a dedicated children’s area, bookable study spaces and community rooms, and quiet rooms.
Rosanna Library also introduces YPRL’s first podcasting and music recording studios, providing exciting opportunities for local creatives.

The Library was delivered as part of the Rosanna Station Precinct redevelopment through a partnership between Banyule City Council, the Victorian State Government and Woolworths. It will be managed by Yarra Plenty Regional Library.
