Our first seasonal book sale for 2023 : The Autumn Book Sale!
Does your home bookshelf need a refresh or a top-up? Do you want a book to take on holiday that you can leave at your destination? Do your kids want to build their own collection of books?
We regularly ‘weed’ our collection – withdraw books from the shelf that haven’t been borrowed for a long time or can no longer be lent to borrowers – and save up those goodies for re-sale to the public!
We are having our first seasonal book sale for 2023 at our Diamond Valley and Ivanhoe branches on Saturday 11 March, from 10.30 am to 4.30 pm. Bring your EFT card as we don’t take cash.
Everyone is invited to browse a large collection of withdrawn library books that need some love and a new home. This season you will find a range of adult and junior fiction, picture books, non-fiction – including cooking, gardening and design – as well as graphic novels and books from our LOTE collection.
And of course, much, much more!
