During the winter months of May and June, special Mental Health & Wellbeing sessions are being held on Thursday evenings as part of our Libraries After Dark program at Watsonia Library.

Join Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education, who will help you to see your inner strengths and plan manageable steps for wellbeing. There will be 4 sessions, and each will explore a different aspect of mental health and wellbeing. Participants will leave with practical insights to enhance feelings of fulfilment, life balance, health, and holistic wellbeing.

Sleep: The Miracle to Mental Health & Wellbeing

Are you getting enough sleep? How can you wake up feeling fresh and ready for the day ahead?

This workshop uncovers the science of sleep, the power of your natural ‘body rhythm’, and how sleep allows for the healing of the heart, mind, body, and spirit. Participants will leave with new insights and steps to change sleep habits, along with a personal Sleep Diary.
