Looking for a good nights sleep?
Babies and children bring with them joy and exhaustion, fun and frustration. The first three months with your baby, although exciting, can be very emotional and an exhausting time. Good health and love will be the best gifts you can give your baby. Keeping yourselves healthy is also an important part of parenting.
A few weeks of continual, frequent night waking can leave the most resilient parent frazzled. Perhaps your baby is having feeding or digestive issues. Or maybe baby is unable to self-settle to sleep and wakes frequently during naps and at night.
Banyule Maternity and Child Health are providing several free sessions (Sleep, Settling and Bedtime Stories and INFANT Healthy Eating) at both Ivanhoe Library and Community Hub and Watsonia Library.
This is a great opportunity to speak to and learn some amazing tips from a Maternity Child and Health Nurse.
