Currently located at Mill Park Library
Yarra Plenty Regional Library is seeking an experienced Team Leader Operations to coordinate and supervise operations to develop, inform and connect with our community.
About you
Our ideal candidate will build on a culture of quality, best practice and customer focus to deliver library services that meet client expectations with particular commitment to continuous improvement.
You have outstanding leadership abilities and communication skills to coordinate and develop staff.
You will contribute to library policy and provide advice to the Branch Manager.
The successful applicant will also focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with our member councils and work collaboratively to ensure consistency across YPRL.
Roster Details:
3 x Wednesday evening shifts per 4 week roster.
No weekend shifts.
