With over 1 billion active users worldwide, Instagram needs no introduction.
Book lovers on the social media site gravitate towards the millions of posts to be found on the #Bookstagram hashtag – where reviews, gossip, book talk and of course gorgeous photos are being shared every second. Or #bibliophile, #booknerd and #bookworm… the list goes on.
Libraries are represented, too, sometimes sharing the book love– or capturing events, communities and even posting interesting archival material.
