Ivanhoe Then and Now…

Look how far we've come!

We recently discovered some old shots of the Library from 1966 - just after we moved into our new (and current) home! Isn't it interesting to see how much - or how little - things have changed!

Ground floor looking towards the foyer - hasn't our collection grown!

This picture faces the back wall and staircase - this space is still used for the same purpose... but it looks a little different!

Here is one part of the library that has changed a lot! This corner closest to the outside foyer is now the childrens collection.

Did you know that all the children's books used to be on the third floor? You can see an old sign on the door into the study space that reads 'Children's Library"

The far corner of the branch. We can't help but notice how technology features.

Check back with us, there are more pictures to come.
