Youth Book Awards

 

The Boston Globe-Horn Book Award rewards "high quality and overall creative excellence" in the writing of children's and young adult fiction.

 

CILIP Carnegie Medal was established in the UK in 1936 in honour of Andrew Carnegie. It is awarded to an outstanding book for children and young adult readers.

 

 

The Michael L. Printz Award recognizes literary merit in young adult fiction.

 

 

The Scott O'Dell Award was created to encourage new authors to pursue historical fiction in writing for children and young adults.
