We invite budding and established writers of all ages across Victoria to enter our short story competition. Entries will be accepted at any library branch from Friday 1 July. Rosanna, Ivanhoe and Watsonia libraries will open an extra day a week from July 5. The new hours mean Ivanhoe and Watsonia libraries will be open seven days a week and Rosanna library will be open every day except Sunday. Join us at Rosanna Library to celebrate it opening on Tuesdays on 5 July and at Watsonia and Ivanhoe libraries to celebrate them opening Wednesdays . . . more »

Diamond Valley Library will be CLOSED today Wednesday 15 June, due to smoke in the building from a nearby fire at the Council offices. We apologise for any inconvenience. Mill Park Library now has a computer set up especially for visitors to download free audiobooks and ebooks from the library website.
