You can access a number of our Genealogy guides online, or ask your local branch staff for help, or attend one of our Genealogy sessions.

Can I get help with my homework assignment?

Absolutely! You can ask library staff for assistance, or you can use the Your Tutor online service to get specific help from a tutor, or visit Lalor or Watsonia Library during their in-library tutor sessions! Click here for more information.
 

How much does the mobile library cost to use?

The mobile library is free!

You can wait until the next time they are at your stop, visit them at a nearby stop or call our 24/7 telephone renewals service on 9401 0777.
 

Will I have difficulty getting on the mobile library vehicle?

The mobile library is wheelchair accessible.

I live at a nursing home, can I get Home Delivery Service there?

If the Outreach Service does not visit your nursing home we can organise for a volunteer to deliver your library materials.

Where is the Outreach Service available?

How often is the Outreach Vehicle Service run?

The Outreach Vehicle service runs on a 3 week cycle. More information on stops and their times can be obtained by contacting the Outreach Service on 0418 107 724.
