What does the home library service cost?

The homebound service is free.
 

What services are available for homebound patrons?

Homebound borrowers can receive regular deliveries to their home of items from the YPRL collection including DVDs, Books, CDs, talking books and more.
 

Can I put up posters or decorations in the meeting rooms?

Yes! You will, of course, be responsible for removing posters or decorations after your booking and ensuring the room is tidy for the next booking.
 

What equipment and services are available in the meeting rooms?

The facilities at each branch differ, so if you have a particular location in mind please contact your local branch for information.
 

How far in advance may I reserve a room?

Rooms can be booked ahead, though all reservations are subject to availability.
 

Can a group reserve a meeting room for an entire year?

Yes, groups can reserve a meeting room for a year-long program. Contact your local branch to discuss and confirm your booking.
 

When must I pay the room fees?

Room fees can be paid upfront or on the day.
 

How much does it cost to use a meeting room?

There is no charge for non-profit group room hire, though some branches charge for room hire if you are a business or for-profit organization. Check here for charges. Contact your local branch for more details.


 

If the room is empty, can anyone start using it?

Approach a member of staff at your local branch, as there may be another booking for that space.
