What do the Home Library Service volunteers do?

• Select library materials and deliver to residents in their home
• Return borrowed materials to the library
• Liaise with library staff and borrowers
• Provide a valuable communication link between borrowers and library staff

Requirements

• Current driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
• Spare time on a regular basis (usually monthly)
• Enthusiasm and vigour
• Empathy and good communication skills
