NETWORK AND IT SUPPORT OFFICER

Permanent Full Time 70 actual hours per fortnight

Band 5 - $56,368 - $65,680 per annum

Yarra Plenty Regional Library requires the services of a Network & IT Support Officer. The role involves troubleshooting tickets raised through the help desk, along with network and imaging support for all components of an extensive IT infrastructure. The role will contribute to a variety of projects in the next twelve months including the roll out of 200+ PCs and several iMacs, a migration from Novell to Microsoft (including Exchange), replacement of our server infrastructure, implementation of Sharepoint, deployment of new printers, and an enhanced WiFi service. You'll be busy and will learn a lot!
